Agrokos Exhibition

The Agrokos is an international agribusiness, food, beverage and gastronomy trade fair, which takes place once a year in Pristina. The fair drinks which was independent until 2010 has been integrated into the Agrokos in 2011 and expands the offer of the Agrokos to the area of the beverage industry. It is one of the most important promotional events for this sector in Kosovo, which is also visited by international business delegations. Exhibitors show the latest products and innovations in the field of food and beverages, with just the aspect of organic food is becoming more and more important and therefore attracts more visitors. Furthermore the technology for packaging, labeling, bottling, processing, transport, cooling and quality control are thematical priorities of the fair. Here not only best practices for the daily challenges will be presented but also discussions on the future development will be held, as the industry faces due to the increasing price competition increasing difficulties. So special solutions to increase production, efficiency and economy are required, but not at the expense of quality. In seminars and economic conferences renowned experts share their expertise and experience with exhibitors and visitors to exactly meet these challenges and to increase the competitiveness of their products.

On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 20. October to 23. October 2015, about 210 exhibitors and 17346 visitors on the Agrokos in Pristina.
